Anti-Wrinkle
Botox and Dysport are strategically placed to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Results last up to 4 months. Common treatment areas include: Glabella (in between eyes) Frontalis (Forehead) Crows feet (Eyes) and Lower Face.
Dermal Fillers
Dermal fillers are used to replace bone or fat loss, a part of the natural aging process. Samantha is a loving wife and mother of two adorable girls. When she isn’t occupied with her work, learning and mentorships, she finds pleasure in savoring a cup of coffee or immersing herself in nature alongside her family. Samantha’s husband, Chris, is her business partner and the co-founder of Island Glow. Samantha does the injecting and client interactions and Chris manages all the moving parts of the business. He worked as a Professional Engineer for over 10 years and has 16 years of Project Management experience.
About Samantha
Samantha, a Nurse Practitioner (NP), has dedicated the past twelve years to working as a critical care nurse in Level One Trauma Centers in Calgary, specifically in the ICU and Emergency Room. As a lover of beauty, skincare, and fashion, her fascination and enthusiasm for Medical Aesthetics grew significantly and she knew that was the direction where she wanted to be in her career.
In 2016, she completed a Medical Aesthetics injection course under the guidance of Dr. Rohan at Preventous. Subsequently, she pursued advanced training and obtained certifications from the Canadian Association of Medical Aesthetics. Samantha’s approach is characterized by her meticulousness, passion, and deep understanding of anatomy. She has mentored with plastic surgeons, dermatologists, family physicians, chronic pain specialists, and expert trainers from around the world.
She is committed to delivering personalized aesthetic treatments that encompass natural outcomes. Additionally, she has a strong passion for treating chronic pain with injectables, and her clients know her goal is to always improve their quality of life.
