Return Policy

At Island Glow Medispa, we take pride in offering high-quality products and services to our customers. We want you to be satisfied with your purchases from our online store.

We strive to offer the highest quality products and customer service. However, due to the nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any of our skincare or aesthetic products. This includes all products sold on our website, including but not limited to creams, serums, masks, and tools.

Exceptions:

  • In case of defective or damaged products, we will offer a replacement or a refund at our discretion, provided that you notify us within 7 days of receipt of the product and provide proof of the defect or damage.
  • In case of errors made by us, such as incorrect items shipped or incorrect pricing, we will make all efforts to rectify the situation.

Please note that refunds or replacements are only provided for the products themselves and do not include any shipping or handling fees.

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us at info@islandglowmedispa.ca  within the specified time frame and provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
